At just 18 years old, the 'Bad Guy' hitmaker is already a star on the international music scene and has always stood up for body shaming. In an interview for the July/August issue of GQ magazine, the singer revealed why she tends to wear baggy clothes herself: "I dress how I dress because I don't want anyone to change my body for theirs Size judged. Sometimes I dress like a boy, other times I dress like a girl with swag." Nevertheless, she says: "I sometimes have the feeling that other people don't see me as a woman."
More recently, the musician released the film 'NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY', which was first shown on the 'Where Do We Go?' world tour in March. By her own admission, Billie wanted the project to make it clear that the opinions of others about her body should be completely irrelevant to her. The footage shows the 'bad guy' hitmaker slowly removing her clothes as she says to the camera: "Do you know me? Do you really know me? You have opinions about my opinions, about my music, about my clothes, about mine body. Some people hate what I wear, some people praise me for it. Some people want to embarrass others, some want to embarrass me. But I can always feel you guys watching me."
