The 18-year-old has become world-famous as a singer despite her young age, but she also has normal everyday problems like anyone can have. For example, the musician always has problems with her sleep and her sleeping rhythm at night. For one, it takes her forever to get to sleep, and once she does get into the dream phase, she has horrible nightmares that plague her throughout the night.
In a new interview with 'heat' magazine, the 'Bury A Friend' hitmaker revealed: "I've had it before, falling asleep on a plane and only waking up the next day. But I've also had sleep paralysis three times." With these, she suddenly couldn't move after waking up. "I have a lot of strange sleep problems. I also have these horrible dreams and things like that. Sleep paralysis, night terrors… It takes forever to fall asleep. I don't understand how people can fall asleep instantly. It's so strange for me." Billie also reveals that her nightmares can sometimes bother her all day and especially lately it's been bad because it's always the same dreams. "It's weird because the nightmares that i have, usually don't wake myself up. I've had a couple of these lately, but usually the dream lasts all night. So the whole night is scary. They can really mess me up so much that sometimes the whole day is wasted."
