Teen star Miley Cyrus is making drug headlines again. At her own birthday bash on November 23, the 19-year-old told guests she was a real "stoner."
After being presented with a 'Bob Marley' birthday cake by friend Kelly Osbourne, Miley announced: "This is awesome. You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. That's when you know you're smoking too damn much weed."
A statement that was not actually meant for the public, but a guest of the private party filmed it and made the video available to the US media. Well, was that really a friend?
Anyway, her friend Kelly Osbourne immediately did damage control via Twitter. Kelly wrote: "The cake was a joke. It makes me sick that Miley's so-called friends are selling her and giving people the wrong impression of her."
She adds: “When Miley isn't recording, filming, touring, she's working every day. How could she possibly do all that if she was a stoner?" Miley Cyrus herself has not yet commented on the video.
As early as December 2010, there were drug headlines about the Disney star. Back then, Miley was filmed smoking from a bong, a type of water pipe.
