The London native, who rose to fame as a member of Bros alongside his brother Luke Goss, has revealed he would like to get in the studio with British artists. The 'Hello' hitmaker is high on his list for a collaboration, but the 53-year-old singer hasn't ruled out collaborating with grime artists either.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper's WIRED column, the musician said: "It's time for another great duet with real depth between a man and a woman. I would love to sing with Adele and I think we would go really well together. We're both Londoners, which really appeals to me. The star added that he enjoys sharing music and takes a lot from collaborations: "Collaborations are extremely invigorating. While back in London, the thought of making music with British artists is really exciting. There are also some grime artists from London that I would love to get in the studio with.”
Matt released his latest solo album 'The Beautiful Unknown' last month and he has colossal ambitions for this new chapter in his career, including competing with the likes of Ed Sheeran and The Weeknd. He recently said: "I talk to ordinary people and then travel around the world - to see Tokyo, Germany, France, Italy, Spain. I want to compete with Ed Sheeran, I want to compete with The Weeknd, I want to compete with Robbie Williams."
