In an interview with Promiflash, Iris reveals: "Something happened, there are now legal steps." And with "something happened" the 43-year-old means some comments that were made in the podcast. When Desirée and Danni meet for a podcast discussion, Danni's previous TV appearances and encounters are also discussed. In 2018 she and her late husband Jens Büchner were in the "Sommerhaus der Stars ", just like the Abels. Three years later, the Mallorcan by choice and Iris met again on "Promi Big Brother".

The 65-year-old Nick immediately states about Uwe: “Some of them have become famous for their stench. For the couple it is clear: the two should not get away with these statements unscathed. Because of the violation of their personal rights, the Abels sent a lawyer's letter to Desirée Nick. They want to reserve the right to take "further legal action such as a criminal complaint", as the "Bild" confirms.
The mean passage was then removed from the podcast. However, the episode of Desirées and Dannis Plausch remains on the platform. This clarifies the issue for the 65-year-old, she does not want to argue in court "because they only want PR". Danni has not yet commented on the legal consequences of her statements.
