Kevin Federline, Britney Spears' ex-husband, recently claimed that their sons allegedly haven't seen their mother in months. He later published old, private videos on Instagram showing the singer and her sons. However, these have since been deleted. Mathew Rosengart, Britney's lawyer, now intervenes.

Consequences for Federline?

Britney Spears is not only extremely talented and a "hard-working icon," but is also "rightfully loved by millions around the world," Rosengart said in a statement released to industry magazines Variety and Entertainment Tonight” should be available. According to him, that could not be said of Federline. For whatever reason, the 44-year-old "decided to give a superfluous interview that hurt his children's mother."

The dancer recently spoke to British broadcaster ITV and claimed, among other things: "The boys have decided that they don't want to see her right now." Spears' sons Sean Preston and Jayden James have not had their mother for several months hit more. It was also reportedly her decision not to attend her mother's wedding to Sam Asghari, whom the singer married in June.

"Britney has been a faithful supporter of her children and she loves them dearly," Rosengart's statement continued. Federline, on the other hand, not only violated Spears' privacy and dignity, but also "undermined" his children. His "imprudent decision to release an old video of his 11 and 12 year old children was cruel and low-level. It was disgusting.” He also created legal problems for himself. Federline could therefore have violated laws against cyberbullying, among other things. So the consequences for him cannot be ruled out.

Will not tolerate any form of bullying

"We will not tolerate any form of bullying," Rosengart continues. Apparently, Spears' legal team also contacted Instagram to ensure her ex-husband wasn't violating the platform's policies. "Whatever happens between her and her boys should be kept private," the lawyer explains.

Britney Spears recently reacted to the claims made in Federline's interview in an Instagram story that is no longer available. It saddens her "that my ex-husband has decided to discuss the relationship between me and my children". As everyone knows, raising teenagers is never easy."I gave them everything," Spears continued.

Spears and Federline tied the knot in 2004 and were married until 2007. A marriage to her childhood friend Jason Alexander was previously annulled after just 55 hours. In June 2022, Spears and Asghari were married.
