The 26-year-old supermodel - who rose to global fame alongside her famous family on reality TV show 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' - has long struggled with the downside of fame. She used to get very "angry" when being followed by paparazzi. But now she is more relaxed about her fame.
"I used to be really angry. I mean you can literally find old videos of me yelling at the paparazzi for no reason but also for a very obvious reason. Now I'm just a lot more composed. That is hard to explain, you just learn to live with it I guess. It still feels like I'm not fully formed, but I'm getting a little bit more fulfilled with each chapter,” explains Kendall.
Jenner, who first appeared on her family's reality show in 2007, says she's "taking control" now. Speaking to i-D magazine, Kendall said: "I'm a control freak at heart. But at a young age I had to let go of control and let someone else portray me as they wanted. That was my job. Now on being on the other side means taking back control in a way, building my own brand and feeling empowered - and that was really amazing. As a woman and coming from a very female family, it was really cool to use all my tools."
