Bruce Darnell owes his TV career to Dieter Bohlen. In an interview with "Bild", the long-standing jury member of "Das Supertalent" said: "I am incredibly grateful to him that he always believed in me. Without him I would not have gotten so far on German TV."
Bohlen and he are still in contact several times a week, says Darnell: "We are always there for each other and support each other." Professionally, Darnell is currently on new paths: he has recently been promoting transparent aligners. A subject he is obviously familiar with.
In "Das Supertalent" he said he couldn't look anymore because of the row of teeth in his lower jaw. "Maybe that's something that other people don't really notice. I went on to have invisible aligners afterwards because it was important to me personally."
The next TV job has already been decided
But that's not the end of his TV career. He enjoys life every day, Darell explained in the interview. "Therefore, it's not even possible to say how much longer I'll be doing TV. As long as I enjoy it and people want to see me, of course I'm very happy to be there."
The next job has already been decided: As ProSieben announced in mid-June, Darnell is returning to the station with his own show "Surprise Show".
