Pietro Lombardi became famous in 2011 as the winner of "Deutschland sucht den Superstar". One of his biggest sponsors was and still is Dieter Bohlen – who is returning to the RTL casting show after a year's break. Now the singer is reporting to the German Press Agency for the comeback of the pop titan.

The surprise was great when RTL recently announced that jury veteran Bohlen would be brought back for the final broadcasts in 2023 on "Deutschland sucht den Superstar". Not only fans and spectators were over the moon, Pietro could hardly believe it either: "I'm definitely happy that Dieter has the honor to sit on the jury again. I'm happy for him."

However, the next season will also be the last! This was bad news for the singer. "I'm an old DSDS child and I'm sad that it's coming to an end," said the 30-year-old.
Can Lombardi, who was also on the jury in 2019 and 2020, imagine returning? "Anything is possible," he explained succinctly. The musician released his new single Ciao Bella this Friday.
