People keep puzzling over their marriage - how real is the bond between Prince Albert II of Monaco and his wife Charlène? However, there is always no question about her relationship with the twins Jacques and Gabriella. Now the palace is releasing a photo of the family that shows how proud Albert and Charlène are of their kids.
The kids are following in their parents' footsteps
All four stand close together. Charlène puts her hand on her daughter's shoulder, Albert holds his son's arm. Jacques and his sister Gabriella have each received two medals at home in Monaco for attending the Seaventures Summer Camp, according to Instagram, an internship week offered by the Monegasque Yacht Club. The two have not only learned to sail, but also engaged with the marine world to gain a deeper awareness of it.
The oceans and their future are also very important to her dad Albert. Just a few weeks ago, the prince attended the “World Coral Reef Conference” in Bremen, but he was the talk of the town for other reasons. But it's no wonder that dad is visibly proud of his two kids and puts his hand on his son's arm.
Mom is obviously proud too
Jacques and Gabriella had already taken part in a taster course at the "Académie monégasque de la mer" the week before. It was about diving and lifeguarding. On the school's website it says that you can be trained there from the age of eight. Since the royal twins will only be eight years "Image" in five months, the taster course should have been something like a first try.
You can see from the photos that the twins had a lot of fun. And they also make their mother particularly proud of it. After all, she was a competitive swimmer before her marriage to Albert and continues to be passionate about water sports.
